Terms of Service

Version v0 — effective October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Subhan LLC ("we", "us", "our"), which operates RankTurbo (https://rankturboseo.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use RankTurbo for a business or for clients, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and it is part of these terms.

1. The service

RankTurbo is an approval-first local SEO assistant for local service businesses in the United States and the agencies that serve them. It is designed to audit a business's online presence against published rules, track search and map rankings against competitors, and draft review replies and other content for you to edit and approve.

RankTurbo is in development. Small pilots are planned for December 2026. Features will change, some described on this website are not available yet, and the service may be unavailable or contain errors while we build it. We may add, change or remove features at any time. If you join a pilot under a separate written pilot agreement, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the members you invite to your workspace.
• The service is for businesses located in the United States.
• Tell us at security@rankturboseo.com straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. You approve what gets published

Nothing is posted to Google or to your website until you, or a member of your workspace you have authorized, approve that specific item. That approval is your decision, so:

• You are responsible for the content you approve, including AI drafts you accept or edit.
• Check every draft for accuracy before approving it. Fill in every placeholder with true information; the service will not publish an item that still contains one.
• You must have the right to manage every Google Business Profile, Search Console property and website you connect, and the right to publish the content you approve.
• You must follow the policies of the platforms you publish to, including Google's.
• If you manage a profile or website for a client, you must have their authorization before replying to reviews or making changes on their behalf.

Connecting Google Business Profile (when available)

The Google Business Profile connection is not available yet. When it is, it works like this:

• One approval per item. A reply, post, photo or profile change is sent to Google only after you, or a workspace member you have authorized, approve that exact item, with the Google account and location shown.
• Several replies at once. No reply is selected in advance. You choose the replies to send, one at a time or with "select all", then confirm the number of replies, the Google account and the location. Each selected reply counts as its own approval, and one batch holds at most 25.
• Replies to older reviews. Drafts prepared in the background arrive unselected and are posted only through that same choose-and-confirm step.
• Scheduled posts. You may pick a later time for a post you approve. It is sent unchanged at that time, and editing it cancels the approval.
• No automated writes. No rule, schedule or background job posts anything to Google without an approval of that specific item.
• Removals. We remove a reply or post from Google only when you ask and confirm.
• Notifications. If you turn on alerts, we set our notification topic on your Google account, and we remove it when you disconnect or your access ends. This does not change your profile.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use RankTurbo to:

• ask only happy customers for reviews, or otherwise filter who is asked to leave one (review gating);
• offer money, discounts or anything else in exchange for reviews;
• write, buy or post fake reviews, AI-written reviews, or reviews of your own business or a competitor's;
• add keywords, locations or anything else that is not part of the real business name to a business name, or list a fake address, fake hours or areas you do not serve;
• publish false, misleading, defamatory, hateful or unlawful content;
• enter health or patient information (see section 5);
• access, or try to access, data that belongs to another workspace, or test our security without written permission;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits; or
• resell the service, or let people outside your business or your clients use your account, without our written agreement.

We may remove content, pause features or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law or a security issue prevents it.

5. No health or patient information

RankTurbo is not designed for protected health information. Do not enter patient information anywhere in the service, including in notes and drafts. We are not a HIPAA business associate, and we do not offer or sign business associate agreements (BAAs).

6. Google and other third-party services

RankTurbo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Business Profile and Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC.

When you connect Google, Google's own terms and policies apply to your use of Google's services. Google decides what appears in its search results and maps, may reject, remove or change content, and may suspend or restrict a Business Profile. We do not control Google and cannot prevent or reverse its decisions.

Payments, when there are any, are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Other data we show, such as search rankings and public listing details, comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

7. No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee any ranking, map position, traffic, calls, reviews, leads or revenue. Search results depend on many things that neither you nor we control. Audit scores are rules-based estimates that show the source of each input, not measures of how Google ranks you, and nothing in the service protects you from suspension by Google.

8. AI drafts

Some features use AI to draft text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and it can sound confident when it is wrong. Treat every draft as a starting point, review it before approving it, and do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

9. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to RankTurbo, and of the drafts you approve. You allow us to host, copy, process, display and send that content only as needed to provide and secure the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything.

10. Our service

We own RankTurbo, including its software, design and content, other than your content. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not give you any other rights in it.

11. Fees

During version v0 of these terms, RankTurbo is free and there is nothing to buy. Before we charge for anything, we will publish the prices and the terms for paid plans, and you will see and accept them before you pay.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using RankTurbo at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts other users, Google's policies or the service at risk, or if we stop offering the service. Where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

Sections 3 to 10 and 13 to 16 continue to apply after your use ends.

13. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for actions taken by Google or other platforms, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

15. Responsibility for your content

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you approved or published, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms has a version number and an effective date, shown at the top. If we make a significant change, we will tell account owners by email or in the app before it takes effect, and we may ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service.

18. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written pilot agreement, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the service.
